MetaGlobal Group, Inc. (“MGG”) was founded by a group of experienced industry executives in partnership with Spanos Capital Group. MGG assembled a world-class team of operators and advisors including former executives from NCR, Inktomi, F.I.S., Charles Schwab, and mFoundry to identify opportunities in the rapidly growing and evolving payments sector with an emphasis on “alternative payments,” companies serving the unbanked and underbanked, and the convergence of telecom, financial services, and payments.
